The Chiefs of Akuapem-Mampong have expressed their anger on Ghanaian part-time actress and video vixen, Rosemond Brown. According to the Akuapem Chiefs, Rosemond Brown who is popularly known as Akuapem Poloo does not deserve to affix her nickname with the word ‘Akuapem.’

In a statement issued by the Apesemakahene of Mampong Akuapem, Nana Yirenkyi I, Rosemond Brown is not a native of the land.
Furthermore, he asserts that the lifestyle of Rosemond is not one that describes the life of Akuapem people and as such should get rid of that name.

However, giving her conditions over their statement, Nana Yirenkyi I, said ‘Akuapem Poloo’ would only be allowed to hold the name if only she turn over a new leaf.
He further revealed that failure for Akuapem Poloo to heed to their directive will lead them to file a suit against her.

Nana Yirenkyi I stated that the self-put-put figure is a disgrace to herself, family and the society, and will therefore not allow her to destroy the image of Akuapeman.

“Everyone knows how we Akuapems are. We are decent so for her to call herself ‘Akuapem Polo’ and be living such a life is a total disaster and bad for our young ones to emulate,” he said.
“We want people who will be role models for our youth but not those who will go naked in public,” he stressed.

Nana Yirenkyi I made it known that he was speaking on behalf of his chief and that the development is not something they are excited about.

“This is her last warning. We don’t know her to be coming from here. Which part of

Akuapem is she from?” Nana Yirenky quizzed.
This development from the Chiefs comes after ‘Akuapem Poloo’s’ recent ‘raw body’ photoshoot on Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
